Who is CTI Systems?
A proudly South African stainless steel and aluminium manufacturing facility that was established in 2017. CTI Systems is one of the premium producers of cookware in South Africa.
Our cookware caters for all segments of the market and is highly customisable. The company currently provides cookware to its main customer - Le Morgan Direct Marketing (Pty) Ltd, which sells its premium grade cookware under the Le Morgan brand. We also supply SPAR Group, EST Africa Buying Group, UniMart, China Cash and Carry and Afzaal Brothers.
CTI Systems also has its own registered trademarks and brands called OLI (aluminium range) and XCALIBUR (stainless steel range), which sells and distributes to the wholesale, retail as well as the informal market.
The company is exploring other avenues to increase its customer base through contract manufacturing, online sales, direct sales and exports.
Our manufacturing facility is ideally located on the North coast of Durban - home to Africa's largest trade port for ease of export.
CTI Systems boasts a big pressing department - with over 35 hydraulic presses, 4 impact bonding presses, 2 ovens, 2 washing tunnels, several polishing lines, machining equipment and a vast array of tools and moulds. This enables the company to manufacture a large variety of stainless steel and aluminium products.
Export Potential
In South Africa the number of cookware manufacturers that can export cookware are few, thus, this indicates the potential for CTI Systems to identify various markets outside South Africa to which it can export its products to.
Our journey is moving to the next stage of actively pursuing international markets including the rest of Africa. The advantage is that the harbour is in close proximity for export, hence CTI Systems was located in KZN.
